I work with horses. They don't seem to ever know what day it is. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday they're all the same to them so unfortunately weekends are just another day to me too.Weekend working I am not missing since harvest finished!
I understand, I worked with horses myself for many a year only finishing that line of work back in May. Physically hard work doing 3 different yards and my body was starting to say no! My own horse and pony were often pushed to the back of the Q so I called it quits and moved onto something new. Has been very different for me and very hard to leave the horses I looked after behind but it’s worked out ok. I’m not as grumpy, wet through (UK weather) covered in mud and filth and I’m earning more money. I’m enjoying only having mine to do and the extra time I now get with them. Only have to work weekends during harvest as I now work for a straw/hay baler company.I work with horses. They don't seem to ever know what day it is. Good job. What is this big bag animal?I will be out before dawn tomorrow laying in wait for a bad, bad, predator. Should be at my post by 5:15.
There are a lot of neat breathing techniques. The technique I've read/heard most about is 4-7-8.
Inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8.
