Early stages of bumblefoot affecting most of the birds

My wife was picking up some of the birds (we have 16) and I noticed most of them had a black scab or two on their feet. No redness, no limping. Research says this is the start of bumblefoot and we are trying to figure out how to tackle this.

How do you guys manage a large qty of birds with bumblefoot?

We have opposite work schedules and do not see each other until either Monday or Wednesday so we cannot team up to get every bird on each day of treatment.
