Earth worms bad for chicks?

My grand daughter threw a earth room in the brooder. They were screeching and chasing each other for a bite. Took what was left of the worm out of the cage but now I'm worried they might get gapeworm! Oh she just said no mamaw I threw 2 worms to the chicks.
They are eating medicated chick food.

Relax Chickens love worms!!!!! When they get outside they find them by there self.

Worms are great, it what they would eat running free. I've lost count how many worms my chicks have eaten. Just remember they are animals, in the wild they are not raised on store bought food.

They will be fine. Chickens think of worms as a delicacy nowadays
