Ok so my little girl LOVES her coturnix quail... Lateley shes been digging up worms to feed them do these harm the quail in any way they also seem to enjoy them!! Thanks

Earthworms are known to carry parasites that are fatal to quail. I wouldn't recommend feeding them.

Ok good to know what about crickets and all the lil insects that run into their lil run when im mowing my lawn?

There are tons of insects that can carry parasites, but that's not to say they do. You cant really keep them from eating them, but if you want to feed them something extra live crickets are ok and meal worms too. Insects are high in fat so limit their daily intake.
