Hello friends new to this site and new to incubating just went through my 21 day incubating period but no eggs hatched I turned them twice a day and kept my temp at about 99.5 can anyone tell me what else to do or any advice that might help just put my second round of eggs in today any help will be appreciated

I have no experience hatching, but would suggest you post the question on Incubating and Hatching eggs.

So sorry about the hatch failure, good luck with the next.
 
Have you tried candling the eggs at any stage of development? Are you certain the eggs were fertilized? 21 days is a usual time for hatching but, not written in stone. Some breeds hatch out earlier, some later. If your temps lowered unexpectedly, that would lengthen the time to hatch. You might want to wait a couple more days. Check out the Raising backyard chickens forum especially the section on incubation and hatching.

Candling is a very important step to success...and if you dont know how to candle, BYC is the best place for learning.

If you dont have fertile eggs, then ya wont git chicks!
But you know that!

I made my candling lamp from an empty can, then fit a flashlight in the open end that shown a light through a small hole drilled on the solid end of the can
My husband knew when I went missing, he could find me in the closet, candling eggs.
