Thanks for the warm welcome.
So far, the area we have for them is well shaded, will have a Run area 6 ft wide by 10 ft long and 6.5 ft high. The Coop will house 12. We are utilizing a big stack of Pallets, Chicken wire, a wood paneled door for the floor and an old gate for roof in the run. We have to protect them from the wild cats in the area. We live in the County, smack dab in the middle of Las Vegas!
We will post so pic's in a few days.
After they are bigger and know the Coop is home base, we will let them free range part of each day.
We gave them cooked spaghetti noodles today (no sauce) and they had a blast with them!!!
