Easter Chicks

Hello,
I am thinking about getting some eggs for Easter. I will buy them from Murray McMurray Hatchery, but I don't really know how to hatch eggs. I know that they will hatch in 21 days and you half to turn them 2 times a day. I don't really know the temperature of what they need to be "heated." I know I sound like I don't know anything about chickens, but I have 6 other chickens that are healthy. If you could help me learn a little bit more about hatching eggs. Oh, and where is the best place to buy and incubator? I want one that can hold 10 or more eggs with a glass and dome shaped ceiling I guess you would call it. It you could answer my questions that would be great.

It will explain temperatures & humidity (based on incubator - still air or forced air),
turning eggs (minimum of 3 times or using an auto turner)
and types of incubators (Brinsea, Hova, etc.).
