Easter Egger - 8 weeks - leaning towards cockrel?

I bought sexed chicks - but this one has always had me worried that 'she' is in fact a 'he' - based on very different behavior from the other girls and now seems to be developing a red comb. S/he does not have any muff. They are 8 weeks old, my first time having chickens. -- thoughts? Thanks for the help!
