Easter egger/Americauna - pullets or rooster?

Hello everyone. We got our first ever batch of layers this year and I’m starting to think one of them is a rooster. She seems the sassy one for sure. I’ve read conflicting artcles about sexing these breeds, and I just want to get it right. They’re 9 weeks at the moment with the exception to the 3 barred rocks and 1 younger EE. The chicken in question is the black and white one. Any help would be appreciated.

He is an Easter Egger and a "he". He sure is pretty though!

The white EE is a cockerel, looks like the rest are pullets!

He's definitely an EE cockerel. EE cockerels are usually gorgeous when they come into full feather.
His attitude has yet to be determined.
Are you allowed roosters where you are?

A beautiful Easter Egger cockerel. He will exhibit luminous plumage as he develops further into maturity. Of course he may not be acceptable in the future depending on his behavior or your local ordinances in your town/city.
