Easter egger and Production red Ages?

I bought these birds around June 20th and the guy told me that they were still young but would be laying soon. Well, its been months and I still have no eggs.... Any ideas on how old these girls actually are? They are an Easter egger and a Production Red if that helps.

They should be very close to laying, I just found my first eggs today and mine are 24 weeks and 3 days old. Maybe look for a hidden nest. The black one in the second pic looks like a black sex link, which are great layers of brown eggs. The last pic, the pullet in the front is your Easter Egger.
