Easter Egger Chick and 3 and a half weeks. What is it?

I have this 3 and a half week old Easter Egger, and I'm really hoping for it to be a pullet. It's not a big deal if it is or not. I read that feather patterns can help determine the gender at a young age for EEs, but I don't know which pattern to look for.

Too early to tell for sure. Update when it gets to be 6-8 weeks old.
