easter egger chick doesn't have green legs

My EE has green ears... can you see her ears? That determines the color of her eggs.

Mine has white ears and lays a bright blue egg. Ear color has very little to do with it.

I agree. Ear lobe color has nothing to do with eggs color

Three of my EE's were bought at the feed store They came from Mt. Healthy Hatchery and were called "Aracaunas". They have gray/slate legs. Two lay blue, one lays green. I have another two that were bought locally from a breeder as non-standard Ameracauna colors and one lays blue, one green, they also have gray/slate legs. All five have pea combs and beards, but no tufts.
