Easter Egger chick gender

Hey,
My EE chick is just over 2 months old and I was wondering what gender it was. Also if someone could tell me the color, maybe a splash?

She is a pullet but I'm not sure about the color.

It's Blue. And still too young to sex, definitely younger than 8 weeks. Post again once all that chick down on the head is gone.
