But I think he might be an EE crosse with a buff laced polish because he has feathery feet
i saw those and i immediately thought "faverolles" or maybe brahma but faverolles have both feathered feet and beards. polish do not have feathered feet they have a tophat though and i could not see it on him.

Polish do not have feathered feet. He seems to have some dominant white in him. That would turn a partridge colored rooster into a red pyle like color. Not sure about the feathered feet, Many breeds have them.
 
The buff laced polish do tho

Not in the USA. I have raised them and seen them in shows. The Standard of Perfection from the American Poultry Association calls for clean legs not feathered legs. I think you were misinformed. Check with people here on BYC on the Polish thread. Not trying to argue just trying to direct you to good information.
