Beautiful. My olive egger is raising chicks that are now eight weeks old so I am hoping that in the next month or two I will get green eggs again. I miss them....but Olivia is a really good mom. When I get eggs from her again I will try hatching some and see if I get any more green egg layers. Enjoy your green eggs!So... My EE hen finally started laying! Back when I first posted them, everyone, including myself, was skeptical if she'd actually lay colored eggs or not... Turns out she does! I now have two beautiful minty green eggs from her, because when I'd gone back to check the coop she'd laid another (I believe the first was from the yesterday/last night)!![]()

Congrates! EE seem to lay larger eggs when they start to lay. I love them.
These chickens are all so adorable!!
I just found out, yesterday, that I have an Easter Egger! I'd been calling her an Ameraucana this whole time haha.
My EE is named Brownie and she is just about to be 8 months old! My boyfriend and I got our first chickens together back in May 2014. One Buff Orpington, Lola, one Silver Laced Wyandotte, Jinx, and my Easter Egger, Brownie!! Brownie is by far the sweetest and most outgoing out of all my hens. Everytime my boyfriend and I get home, Brownie leads the chicken charge to the backdoor for some attention haha. EEs just may be my favorite breed. I want more!!

Brownie and Lola yesterdayI love her pose haha
The gals all grown up! Jinx is the only one that hasn't started laying. Brownie and Lola started back in November!
Gobbling up some tomatoes lol
I love her fluffy cheeks and beard
And here's a nice one of Lola!
Sorry for all the pictures! Everyone have a great day!
That's funny. I hope my 2 EE pullets I hatched in the fall multiply before they start laying this spring.LOLWow,EE's sure are mysterious! I don't know about laying 3 eggs a day, but they seem to spontaneously multiply! I picked up 4 babies Monday and somehow there were 2 more in the brooder last night! How could that possibly have happened? ;-)
