What feed do you guys out there use? Would love suggestions please.

The only feed that I have ever used is Flock Raiser. Everyone around here gets it, from the oldest hens and roosters, to the day old chicks. Makes life so much simpler. Never had an pullet that wasn't laying by 24 weeks yet. Gets them through molts faster too.

Where do you buy that or do all feed stores carry something like that? And do you provide oyster shell in addition?

It's usually available at any feed store that sells Purina feeds. And yes, crushed oyster shell is offered separately.
