Big comb + patchy coloring is making me lean toward cockerel. It's still a bit early to be sure though.

I'd at the first one is a pullet. She has a very common pattern for EE hens. Not sure about to other two.... A pic of theirs full body would help. If you wait another week or so,it should become pretty obvious

I'm not sure about #1, but I'm leaning toward cockerel because of that red comb.
#2 is a pullet
#3 is a pullet.
#4 is a cockerel.
