Easter egger cockerel

Hi all, one of our pullets is not looking like the other and I fear she may be a he. 10 weeks old and some tail feathers are pointed. No hackle or saddle feathers, no crowing but dominant and picking fights although super dramatic and scared of humans. Thoughts?

He crowed today. 12 weeks old. Sigh. I hope he behaves himself!
