Easter egger egg bound? Broody?

Her energy level seems to be good while I've got her separated. She is doing everything she can to get out of the crate I out her in but the coughing is not sounding good. Should I get her an antibiotic?

She probably has something in her throat, I would try using olive oil. Never use antibiotics when you are not absolutely sure that you are dealing with a bacterial infection. If you use antibiotics when she has something stuck in her throat, then the bacteria in her surroundings could become resistant to the bacteria because you used antibiotics when unneeded, which will actually cause a bacterial infection.

She is not doing good this morning!! The wheezing is so bad I can hear it from the back porch and she is 50 feet away.

Can you get some Tylan 50 injectable, and give her 1 ml orally twice a day for 5 days? Get some needles and syringes too to get it out of the vial. You can also give it by injection if you wish. Tylan is in the cattle medicines in feed stores. If they just have Tylan 200, give 1/4 ml insteaad of 1 ml. MG, coryza, ILT, infectious bronchitis, and aspergillosis are common respiratory diseases. Since she recently came to you she may have been exposed by a carrier bird. Some of those diseases are viruses, some bacterial, and one is caused by mold or fungus. Keep her warm if she seems puffed up or cold. Encourage her to drink water with electolytes and vitamins, so that she doesn't get dehydrated. Here is a link for you to read about those diseases and their symptoms: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps044
