Easter Egger hen has yellowy watery poop, lethargic.

This is a post to help my friends’ bird as she doesn’t have BYC. Her 6 year old Easter egger hen has been lethargic, moving slowly and just standing around. She can move fast if encouraged to, but has been acting unusually slow. Her poop is yellowy and watery, and actually built up on her vent feathers to the point that we had to give her a bath to clean her up and stop her from getting flystrike or ammonia burns. She has been acting like this for the past few days. She has been seen eating and drinking but we don’t know if it’s less than usual. She hasn’t laid in a full year, so it’s not an egg complication. Any ideas?

Just read the poop article by @thechickenchick (she’s got an account here, right?) and it seems as though she may have worms?

6 years old, slow moving, not laid an egg in a year...could be reproductive issues.

No worms to be seen, even while cleaning her yesterday. Her butt is bad again today, though. I can try to get a picture in a minute.
