Easter Egger- Hen or Rooster?

This chicken is 10 weeks old. I think it may be a rooster based off its coloring. A black head and red and white feathers throughout the body. The comb is slightly darker than our other EE, but not much bigger. However it does not crow and I was told they would be crowing by now. It is the same size as the rest, it can be somewhat mean to the other hens but it super nice to people, the friendliest with the kids so far. I bought them sexed from our local feed store and was told they were all hens. What do you think?
