Easter Egger hen or rooster

Easter eggers, both are 22 weeks, neither is crowing or laying. We have always thought that one was pullet and one was cockrel, now I am not sure!! Thoughts????

This is Rocko, we have thought that he/she has been a cockrel since he/she was small.

I didn't, my husband not knowing what he was doing when he bought them, bought a straight run, we were simply guessing on the genders when we named them.
