Easter Egger Not Laying

I'm glad you found us! My blue egg layer had a span of 30 days before another egg and then 7 days. It is so inconsistent! I have my other EE that lays light tan eggs and she hasn't laid one for about 4 weeks. I keep an eye on them and I've noticed they have poop that sticks to their feathers and they are much smaller than my other EE. I've now dewormed them and haven't really seen any changes. I was reading unto Egg Drop Syndrome and it sounds similar to their symptoms but I'm not sure.

Same she is one of two that get messy feathers I was thinking vent gleet and have treated her for it with no change so I’m not sure at this point. Please keep us posted if you find anything that works! I’m about to go look up egg drop syndrome Thank you
