Easter Egger or Ameraucana? Roo or hen?

The guy had lots of Ameraucanas so we took one off his hands I think its an Ameraucana..... Bottom right....

The SOP (Standard of Perfection) for Ameraucanas only allows 8 color varieties at this time. Your beautiful EE is not one of those colors, and while she may have most of the other traits that define an Ameraucana, she does not meet the standard, and so is lumped into the EE category.

I have a pullet that is a cross between two pure Ams (wheaten x buff) and she is considered an EE! There are several active threads on BYC dedicated to EEs. They are a great non-breed!!! One of my favorites!

they usually have pea combs, not rose combs. Though because they are mixed, they can end up with about any mix of combs.
