I've never seen a EE with coloring like that. The darker pattern on her feathers is pretty common, but I've not seen it on a WHITE background.

Hey here is a picture of one of my Roosters named Orson. I am really concerned about him, as he was about 3 weeks slower in showing his roosterness and his comb is weirdly shaped and an orangie color. Other than a seriously slow developing rate and the weird comb he is super healthy and keeps up with the other chickens. He's currently ranked about 6th in the flock hierarchy . Judging based on ranking from placement near door on the perch.
Does anyone know why he would have such a weird comb? I can put the development Problem being from being a mass produced bird but the comb is just weird.

He looks fine to me. Hes probably just being a late starter, as you've figured out.
His comb is fine. EEs have a pea comb, not a spikey one like most breeds. (just in case you didn't know)
