Easter egger pullet or cockerel?

I have 2 10wk old EE, the black one holds the tail a little higher then the grey-tan. I am hoping it's just a sassy gal, not a slow developing boy. The comb is still small and only slightly pink, it does look like 3 small rows. The grey-tan has a single row comb. Most feather appear rounded. This is our first time having chickens. Hope my pics came up.
