Easter Egger pullet or cockerel?

Firstly, I'm only guessing at the breed. He/she was a "stray" chick

found by my neighbor in the gutter and brought to our house a couple of months ago. Looks like an EE to me.

Anyway, she/he is roughly 10-11 weeks old and I'm trying to determine the sex. Thoughts?

P.S. The other chick pictured is 3 weeks younger, and so she's smaller.

I can't have roosters in the city, but I volunteer at a farm sanctuary, so I have connections for re- homing him. My daughter will be heartbroken. He's so sweet!
