Easter Egger...Pullet or Rooster?

Sold to me as a Easter Egger pullet....want to verify that's correct...what do you all think?

I'm far from an expert but to me the saddle feathers look pointed which means "she" is actually a he!

The seller admitted to not being 100% sure. She believed she was a pullet about to start laying, but her sister disagreed. lol I got her/him home and couldn't decide myself....so here I am. Might explain why my Roos have it out for him/her.

Yup, the 3 row pea comb, the coloring, and the tail feathers all scream rooster.

Thanks everyone. I thought roo, but am not familiar with Easter Eggers. He was an odd on to make change come out right for another chicken purchase. Lol
