Easter Egger pullet?

This Chick was sold to me as an EE pullet. Shes beautiful! But all of a sudden she has feathers growing straight up on top of her head? She’s between 4-5 weeks old. What is she?

EE don't exactly have specific rules...crest is almost certainly from CCLB, as Sourland has said. Which would still contribute to the blue egg laying.
