Easter Egger Pullets? 3 weeks old

I was told these are Easter Egger pullets, but I think one might be a roo? Thoughts?

I'm not too sure but the 2nd chick may be a EE or legbar of some sort. The others dont seem to have the qualities of EEs (pea combs, green legs, muffs though not always) but I could be wrong.
