Easter Egger Pulling Out Feathers Help

One of my Easter Eggers started to pull her feathers out. At first I thought she was molting, that was about 5-6 months ago. And now it's winter and she is still hasn't stop molting. She and my other Easter Egger haven't layed an egg for 6-7 months (and the other hasn't even layed); plus she also started to loss her tail around for vulva and it looks like she is pulling out her feather there. Is some wrong with them?

How old is she? Have you checked for mites or lice?

She's about a year and no on the mites or lice.

Are you sure it's not a molt. This year has been a bit odd for molts, some of mine are still finishing up. What type of feed is she eating? A higher protein ration can help them molt more quickly.
