easter egger -- ROO!!??

Really! What color indicates pullet?

Some colors, such as partridge, wheaten, and silver duckwing, show differently on males and females. A male with gold partridge coloring like your pullet, would look similar to my rooster but with gold where mine is silver.

Hi I have an EE and I'm not sure if it's a hen or roo! No crowing yet, seems really nervous!

Pea combs are smaller and more compact than single combs. That bird has way too much comb development for a pullet. And the muff/beard gene inhibits wattles, so most Easter Eggers don't have them at all.
Here are some examples of mature Easter Egger cockerel/rooster pea combs.

And some mature hens for comparison.
