Easter egger - roo?

Fairly positive this ten week old Easter egger is a roo but no wattle is throwing me off. No crowing yet! Thoughts?

Cockerel. He has small/no wattles due to his genetics.

Definitely a cockerel. And he has no wattles or very small ones due to the beard and his genetics.
