Easter Egger Rooster Has Strange Growths on Comb- HELP

I noticed my rooster had these weird growths on his comb. I’ve scoured the internet for fowlpox images and this looks different. He’s in a bachelor flock and they do peck each other sometimes but outside of normal behavior I haven’t seen anything abnormal. I’ve also been treating them for mycoplasma as it took over my entire flock- hens and rooster so they’re sneezing periodically. Has anyone seen anything like this and should I be concerned?

Acne. Yes chickens get acne. It can vary from yellow, to white hardened things that fill the pores. My sister's silkie rooster had this, & it's pretty much cleared up by itself. It's harmless, but odd to see.
