I would say because of the color of the hackles. Other than that she does look like a pullet.Any reason why?

Thank you so much for the reply! Beautiful chickens!Oh, and here's how the cockerel turned out (at least before his 1st molt, which he's threatening to do right now). In that first picture, you can see his tiny yellow hackle feathers starting, much more pointy than what the pullets get.
Hackle & saddle feathers start showing up in that 2-3-month range. Easier to see on some birds than others.
Lastly, here's how that pullet's neck feathers turned out. Happy Easter Eggering! I love those birds. Hardy, sociable, and their eggs make people oooo and ahhh.
