Looks like a boy to me. Some massive feet he's got! Wonder if that means he will be very large.
This is Pharaoh, he is approx 3 weeks old. His comb is quite a bit larger and redder than the other EE's the same age who have pea combs. I know 3 weeks is a bit early but I really want him to be a roo! I am impatient, lol. I already know that the white one and the multi coloured one are Roos. No need to comment on themThanks!!![]()
I'm seeing the beginnings of white patches on the wings and pretty thick legs, so won't be surprised if it's a boy. Too soon to be sure. Watch for more white to come in.
Black and white (silver) cockerels will usually develop patches of white on the shoulder/wing area. Occasionally they will get rooster red, in addition to the white patches.Where should i look for white? All over or in one area? Im thining I super lucked out and got half roos half pullets even tho all my ees are supposed to be pullets
