Yay I can play now!! Any thoughts on my two Easter eggers? The more red is Abu (my 4 month old named it) and the other is Ellis (named by my 8 year old after a teacher) they're about 6 weeks old. Phew what a relief lol. The two olive eggers I posted previously are definitely all boy. The third looks to be a pullet and she's got the funniest little mowhak photo of one of the boys for developments sake.

At 6 wks, I'm leaning toward pullets for both. The feathering of the gray looks pretty female (no white patches is also a good female indicator). The red one was a bit tricky since red can sometimes mean male, but it this case, she's probably got some type of red breed in her. Her comb looks very narrow like a female EE.

WOW! I have "coop envy"! That's an amazing hen house you have!

As far as the pics, you may be right that both are roos. #2 has the obvious red shoulders of a male. #1 "might" have some saddle feathers coming in, but I can't see the face/comb to confirm.

Here's some pictures of the black and white's comb. I think he's about 9 weeks old.

I am no expert, but they all look like pullets to me.

How about these two? Hoping for pullets, they certainly act like pullets and are the same size. 5 week old EEs.

This darker one is Matilda.

Also Matilda, with a very yellow comb right now.

And this is Harriet. She is developing a salmon/tan breast over her light blue plumage.

Also has a pretty yellow comb right now. The presumed cockerel chicks from the feedstore where I work had pretty red combs by this time already, so I'm really hoping I picked correctly. I was able to watch these guys for their first week of life and observe their behavior before I picked them out of the bunch.
