Err, ehmm, well this one is tricky. Coloring looks pullet, but comb and overall shape looks cockerel. I'm leaning toward cockerel, but definitely want to see what others think.
Do you have another pic to show a side view? The comb looks like it could be a cockerel, but would need to see whole bird to confirm.
