Easter Egger Sexing "tips and tricks" *Pictures Included*

Fazziobear1, are you featuring the same suspect chick repeatedly in your photos? I hope so because that pattern with the patch coming in is all boy. No need to wait for the inevitable crowing. Nothing else screaming cockerel yet but it's early.

Thanks! I will be contacting the lady later today to return the bird to her. Glad I noticed that yesterday! Thanks a ton!!!

What do you make of these? About 10 weeks old.

I think you might be right, although I'd like to see the comb pictures for the two black ones.

Thanks for your help PolarBear! I love your name :) I'm in NP, AK! Here are all of their combs. I'll start with my Amerecaunas (however you spell it). They are around 9 weeks now:

Leonard: started to make boyish noises today

EE mixes- Penny:

Sheldon: vocalized boyish today

Updated pic of my EE. Roo? Pullet? She/he is about 10 weeks old.
hmm at 10 weeks a boys comb would be pretty large. I have one that looks like yours only has red on all his feathers and a big ol' red comb to match

Well I was sure this was a girl...until she started getting some random red patches.

looks like a girl to me. I mean the red is suspect, but the comb looks like a girl. I had one wait late to grow his comb, but I knew he was to pretty to be a pullet
