I'm leaning toward rooster with those stocky legs and build.

They both strike me as cockerels, but without knowing the age or seeing the combs up close, I am not sure. Agree about your other 2, one pullet & one cockerel.
I'm a little worried about this one with that coloring. Could very well be a pullet, but I'd love to see a pic of how she looks in a week or two to see how she turns out. Some females do have uneven coloring, but we don't get to see them very often. The biggest reason I know she is a girl is because I ordered girl chicks and there's like a 95% success rate or something like that. I also know because she isn't growing a comb as quickly as males do. Males would already have a decently sized comb and it would be pinkish/red. Tater's comb is pretty tiny and it's still a yellow/creamish color. Here's my other easter egger chick (also a female). If you post a picture, I'd be happy to try and help!

Um that supposed 10% success rate is not always reliable. I got 4 "pullets" and that beautiful Brahma rooster means that in this house they reached a 75% success rate. Now sure, some other house that took home 6 may have got all pullets but if you look at how many people on here ended up with 1,2 or even 3 out of 6 I don't put much stock into that success rate. One of my EE's the jury is still out on as well. May the female force be with you and the twin to yours. The biggest reason I know she is a girl is because I ordered girl chicks and there's like a 95% success rate or something like that. I posted this picture a few days ago and someone told me girl but I read above that girls would not have a comb that developed. Is it possible this is a boy. She is about 9 weeks old. Our other to EE do not have this big of combs. This is our first go with chickens. And are totally inexperienced. Actually the one of our other EE is pictured besides her. She's white.![]()
And since we are new to chickens can you keep a roo with the hens? Given they all get along.
