My two leghorn EE crosses started crowing! So I know that they are roos! When do saddle feathers and other roo features start to come in

Depends on the breed. My EE started getting saddle feathers at about 13 weeks.

He is my lover boy. I have two Mille Fleur Roosters that are older by six months and they put him in his place when it comes to the girls. There will come a time when I will have to move French Fry and Egg McMuffin to a bachelor pad.

I'd keep them all, except the leghorn x Roos! They are beautiful! Great colors!

Yes, I think you have 3 hens and 3 roos. I'd def keep the first roo in the pic line up, and decide between the other two as they mature.
