Yes they do Deckgirls! Other than the tails not being fully developed yet, my now 9+ week old chicks look like bantams. Their bodies are almost the same size as those of my Cubalayas.

@bruceha2000 I haven't seen one with her yellow coloring either. I think she's just gorgeous. The lady I got her from at 4 weeks (I'm still in touch with her) says she's way prettier than any of the ones she has and she's never seen that coloring either.

I'm so glad she's a girl lol. I'm gonna keep her genetics going though and probably incubate some of her fertillized eggs and hope at least one baby looks like her.

She's at laying age now. She's about 22 weeks, almost 23, so any day now I hope. I'll try and get more pics of her.

The front is definitely a roo, and the other looks like a pullet

You don't say what age they are but given the rooster's feathering, I would venture that the hen is old enough to already be her final coloring. No idea about the roo, never had one.

Here are some updated photos of my easter egger, who is now almost 9 weeks old. I was able to get some better pictures of the comb. I'm pretty sure its a rooster. I would just like some confirmation one way or the other.
