Can anyone confirm my brown EE is a girl? She's about 5 months. Her comb has gotten pretty reddish, but everything else seems girlish.

The comb turning red indicates that she is hitting puberty and will be laying eggs in about a month.

They are too young to be sure, but I will not be surprised if the lighter chick is a male. Looks like a very wide/bumpy comb. (First and third pics are same chick, yes?)

Pullet, and eggs aren't that far off.
