Easter Egger that mates with all the other hens.

Spouse keeps telling me its not a rooster; however, after everyone is out for the day the first thing it does is commence to mating. If this easter egger is a roo, it doesn’t have spurs, crow, nor act aggressive. Its about 10 months old.

Looks like a pullet to me. At 8 months it should be laying. Could be dominance thing.

Pullet. Sometimes the females mount the other females and even start crowing, it's not unusual.

All chickens have spur nubs, which grow into spurs as they age, whether they are female or male. However, the males' spurs will grow longer, of course.

You have a bossy female. I had a hen ( she was my first hen ) and then I got more females. She started acting like this so we ordered a male and that fixed the problem. Maybe get a rooster. She is probably top of the pecking order. A rooster would put her down a few notches.
