Easter Egger - what’s going on?

Easter egger hen is in third laying season and only laid 1 or 2 eggs first two seasons, along with occasional very miniature one; now well into third season, and no normal eggs, and just found her first miniature egg (see picture). She free ranges all day with flock, eats high quality layer crumble (plus bugs, grass, and little scratch), poops and behaves normal, and isn’t laying in secret spot. SO is something wrong with her reproductive system or is she just a dud when it comes to egg laying? Other hens lay eggs every other day now

I would guess that something is wrong with her reproductive system.

I do not see this changing. Some birds have glitches.

Sounds like a dud for sure since this has gone on for so long.
