Sorry for your loss, but I would suspect that she might have had a respiratory disease such as MG (CRD.) If you see another bird with those symptoms or the ones I listed in post #2, I would medicate them with Tylan 50 injection, or cull them. This can spread through the flock and make carriers if it was MG.
