These are Easter Eggers. Neither are Wheaten, and they both have very yellow beaks, which means yellow skin.
Go to this site if you want to know what Wheaten and Blue Wheaten hens look like.I LOVE meeting the chicken "masters". When you tell someone what THEY have, make sure your answers are well researched. My Americauna pics are when they were 4 months old. They are now 2 years. You might want to check Brookside Farms pics of Americanas. They are right here on backyard chickens. Also the BLUE. BTW their beaks are greenish yellow. I checked with a breeder, I will not argue with someone over this. My family has been in the poultry business for almost 100 years. That is why I "hate" to comment on these forums...Too many know it alls! Good folks are just wanting some decent answers.
I agree. These are Easter Eggers. Neither are Wheaten, and they both have very yellow beaks, which means yellow skin.
Ideal has Easter Eggers only. Cackle only has Black Ameraucana, and Easter Eggers.
