Thank you! I will definitely get a better picture of the comb in the morning. I had heard red in the wings is typically a cockerel but I’m unfamiliar with where/ how much etcJudging by the big legs and red spots on the wings I’m thinking you have a rooster. Could you get some closer comb pics?? Beautiful EE btw![]()
That would be amazing! She’s beautiful. I have enough roos as it is and I’d def have to get rid of one to keep another!Could be a pullet. I have an Easter Egger hen with very similar coloring. View attachment 1406437
Hmm ok thank you! I’m anxious to know! I’ll know very shortly for sure!I'm completely on the fence. the face says pullet to me. The red wing shoulder bars say cockerel. I'm going to have to wait until its 12+ weeks to know.
You’re right, the face definitely says pullet. I have an EE pair about the same age as yours, and the rooster’s comb is way more developed by now and my girl looks exactly like yours in the face. My final answer is going to have to be pullet.I'm completely on the fence. the face says pullet to me. The red wing shoulder bars say cockerel. I'm going to have to wait until its 12+ weeks to know.
