i just got some EE's but this one doesnt look like the rest is it a EE. thanks for the help.

Looks like an EE to me...I would guess male, as they often have the darker colors. But I guess some females can have the dark colors too...

I have an EE pullet that looks very similar to her out of my dark grey (blue?) colored EE hen and my splash EE rooster. I think your EE looks a bit more towards the pullet side of the scale than the roo. How old?

She is very pretty! I just got a couple myself this past weekend, and they are both dark-----one blue, and one brown-red. I would think if they are going to lay soon, that they are 4 or five months old? I got some chicks in May, and they've been laying since the end of July.

yeah i bought 5 EE hens and 1 EE roo a couple weeks ago. here is a picture of my roo.

I'm going to venture a guess on your roo and say that he is older than 15 weeks but not yet mature.

Her's a picture of my EE roo at 20 weeks.

And now at 15 months.
My EEs didn't start to lay until about 26 weeks.
