I found out today that my three TSC EE chicks are from the Mt. Healthy Hatchery. I would love to contact them and ask if they know the heritage of my EEs but that is probably a very far fetched question. Has anyone ever tried that?
I read somewhere that the offspring of two different colored Ameracaunas would be considered EEs. I am SO confused!
So would some of our EEs be pure bred Ameracaunas but of different color types?
One of my chicks is smaller (same size as my BSL) that "her" two siblings (by at least an ounce) and is feathering out smaller. Could that be due to her having a smaller non-EE ancestor?
Thanks in advance for figuring out my ramblings!
